SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shrockery, every product is packed with love and care because we know how special it feels to receive something beautiful for your home or as a gift. Our products are delicate, and while we do our best with secure packaging and trusted delivery partners, sometimes things may go differently than planned. This policy is here to guide you through what happens next, in the rare event you face an issue.

🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Timelines: Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days depending on your location. In some rare cases, delivery may take a little longer due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery Area: At present, we ship our products only within India.

  • Packaging Care: Since our items are fragile, we take extra precautions while packing. Still, we kindly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your order, as it helps us resolve any concerns quickly if there is damage during transit.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Shrockery purchase. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges so that you can shop with peace of mind.

  • Timeframe: Please let us know about any exchange request within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

  • How to Request: Email us at shrockery.contact@gmail.com with:

    • Your order details

    • Registered mobile number

    • Clear product photos showing the issue

    • A brief reason for exchange

🥂 If Your Product Arrives Damaged

  • We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item. That’s why if your product arrives broken, you are eligible for an exchange (or refund in rare cases).

  • To process this, we do require an unboxing video recorded while opening the package. This helps us verify the issue and take it up with our courier partners.

  • Without the unboxing video, unfortunately we cannot approve exchanges for damaged products.

 

 

📦 Exchange Process

  1. Request: Send us an email with the details and proof within 72 hours.

  2. Review: Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to assist you.

  3. Approval & Return: Once your product is returned and verified, the exchange will be approved.

  4. Replacement Delivery: Your replacement product will be delivered within 7-8 working days after approval.

  • We recommend always recording an unboxing video for your own safety, as our products are delicate and transit damages, though rare, can happen.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we will suggest alternatives.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for exchange.
